Our story

XDanu is a destination activation company

Our name is inspired by the Tuatha Dé Danann and Danu. It speaks to the community, craft and enterprise that turn a space into a place people choose.

Background

We create economic value through places.

The Freight Building was substantially vacant for two years. It is now approximately 80% occupied across the floors XDanu manages, with Ireland's first VFX studio as a key anchor occupier. That didn't happen by selling desks. It happened by asking a different question: what would make this building irreplaceable? Then we brought in the right industry, people and activity, and ran it so it keeps growing. An operator won't create demand. A consultant won't stay to deliver it. XDanu does both, and is paid on whether it works.
